Over 20 years ago Natalie was thrown in the deep end while working for a private organisation and assigned the role of Injury Management Coordinator, organising the rehabilitation of injured employees, advising and making recommendations to the management on return to work matters and developing and delivering staff OH&S training. This role formed the basis of Natalie’s passion for the industry and her vision to improve injury management practices in South Australia.

A firm believer in education and training to support employment goals, Natalie has developed and refined her skills over a number of years, achieving qualifications in the areas of injury management, rehabilitation and training delivery, workplace training and mental health first aid training. These skills are used in Natalie’s day-to-day work as a hands-on practitioner and have led to her being a sought-after presenter, adviser and trainer in the industry.

Natalie’s experience, together with her creative mind, has seen her develop and implement new and exciting return to work practices and unique education programs–programs which have been recognised and awarded by Self Insurers of South Australia and ReturnToWorkSA (formerly WorkCover SA).

She has even co-authored a book!

Natalie now leads a team of experienced consultants in her own practice and brings that same enthusiasm, passion and vision that started for her more than two decades ago.

Natalie was a joint winner of the Self Insurers of South Australia 'Service Provider of the Year' Award 2015 for services provided under Back on Track Mental Health Occupational Therapy and Winner of the WorkCover SA Rehabilitation & Return to Work Awards 2011.
