Feeling GLA:D

Working alongside Specialist Physiotherapist Dr Mary Magarey has provided excellent exposure to her expertise and assisted return to work services for police officers, nurses and other occupations, achieving recovery and function where at times my clients had no hope. Incidentally, Mary sent me this information following my complaining to her about my ageing knees. Scroll through the information to see GLA:D Australia Osteoarthritis Program. It might be of interest to others too!

GLA:D, or Good Life with osteoArthritis: Denmark is an education and exercise program developed by researchers in Denmark for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms. Following great results, the program was expanded to Canada and Australia. Follow this link for full project details.
