Natalie’s career commenced with her role as Jobs Pathway Program Manager, a program funded by the Department of Education and the first school-based program in South Australia, assisting students to transition from school to employment. This was a fitting start for Natalie who has now built her career on working with individuals to achieve meaningful employment.

Natalie’s qualifications, including mediation training, mean she has the skills to develop and implement return to work solutions for both simple and complex cases for psychological and/or physical injuries.  This makes Natalie a very versatile consultant.

Providing services for registered, self-insured and Commonwealth employers, Natalie also has an extensive network of contacts and the ability to think ‘outside the square’. This enables her to provide interesting options for individuals requiring return to pre injury work, a temporary work placement or a permanent career change.

Natalie was a nominee for the WorkCoverSA Recovery & Return to Work Individual Achievement Award (2011).
