Prior to joining nb&a, Kate worked extensively with employers assisting them with the key issues they are faced with from time to time. Kate has extensive claims management knowledge, experience and skills, together with strong and solid customer relationship skills, all of which will be utilised as she works with our clients to maintain service delivery standards.
