Gold Status under the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Skilled Workplace InitiativeAdjusting to Change

The aim of the initiative is to identify and recognise organisations that are committed to mental health first aid training for their staff. nb&a group has achieved this status under the criteria of maintaining a 40% ratio of FTE staff with a current MHFA Certificate - we currently have 54%!
